Several meetings with Customs officials will take place this week. Starting today, experts from the NAC Anticorruption Education Directorate, together with the Customs Service representatives, will hold lectures on topics related to the integrity of the public officials, the Law on whistleblowers, the issues related the keeping of the gift registers, the mechanism for denouncing corruption deeds, etc.
Today, the first meeting is held at the Cahul customs post and will continue tomorrow in Comrat. On Thursday, 21 March, the NAC officers will held lessons for the employees of the Central Service within the Customs Service, and on 22 March they will focus to Ungheni.
Anticorruption training is a part of a broad campaign in order to educate and inform public officials about the integrity, honesty, and accountability of public officials.
We would like to remind that this week, the NAC Anticorruption Education Directorate will conduct 10 training activities for medical employees within the Center for Continuing Education of Medical and Pharmaceutical staff, for the employees of the Penitentiary No. 10, as well as for the National Administration of Penitentiaries employees.
