NAC officers will meet public servants from Făleşti to discuss the misunderstandings about the implementation of the law on professional integrity testing today, June 24, 2014.

National Anticorruption Centre is responsible for offering methodological support for adjusting national legal framework on professional integrity testing.
Thus, NAC employees will explain how the test could take place, the consequences of negative results on integrity test, rights and obligations of being tested in this and how the legal challenge disciplinary sanctions imposed as a result of professional integrity test results.

Please note that professional integrity tests on employees of the central and local authorities will be conducted by the National Anti-Corruption Centre starting with August 14, 2014.
Note that the Intelligence and Security Service has already started testing NAC employees.
